At Xperience Hair Solutions, all of our products and services are customized with care and crafted to meet the specific needs of each client. Due to the personalized, hygienic, and time-based nature of our work, all sales and services are final.
Products (Wigs, Hair Systems & Hair Pieces)
All medical wigs, custom units, ready-to-wear units, toppers, hair systems, and related hair products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once an order is placed, production begins immediately, and no cancellations, refunds, or credits will be issued.
If you believe there is a manufacturing concern, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will inspect the item and determine if adjustments or repairs can be made.
Services (Installations, Restorations, Styling & Consultations)
All service fees—including consultations, installations, cuts, styling, repairs, cleaning, and maintenance—are non-refundable.
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please inform us before leaving the appointment so that reasonable adjustments can be made. Once you leave the salon, services cannot be redone, refunded, or credited.
Deposits & Booking Fees
All deposits and booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rescheduling policies may apply based on availability.
Quality & Satisfaction Commitment
Your experience matters to us. If there is a concern with the craftsmanship of your unit or an issue with your service, contact us within 48 hours. We are committed to working with you to determine if adjustments can be made.
